Changing or Canceling Orders
- If you have not checked out yet, you can easily change the quantity of an item by going to the Shopping Cart.
- If you have already checked out and the order has been placed, you will need to contact us via e-mail or fax.
- Should you decide to change or cancel your order, please immediately contact us via e-mail or fax. If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the shipment.
- We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please e-mail us the new address information along with your order confirmation number.
